In a forthcoming livestream, Techland will disclose additional information about Dying Light 2 Stay Human. The game is being promoted as part of a series of events organized by the studio, which began in May with the Dying Light 2 release date reveal webcast. The Dying Light games are first-person action games in which the player must survive in a zombie-infested post-apocalyptic open environment.
For a long time, fans of the 2015 original have been anticipating the sequel. The game was initially revealed at E3 2018, and players were told in 2019 that it would be released in spring 2020. After that, Dying Light 2 was postponed indefinitely, leaving some fans wondering if the game will ever be released.
Following Techland’s quiet on the subject, it was speculated that Dying Light 2 was experiencing development issues, which the studio refuted. Finally, the company released the new Dying Light 2 Stay Human gameplay in May 2021, along with a December release date.
The event was the first of many, and now Techland has revealed when fans of Dying Light will be able to see more of the sequel. Dying Light announced a new livestream event in the “Dying 2 Know” series on Twitter, which will take place on July 1 at 9 p.m. CEST on the official Techland Twitch channel.
While the business hasn’t said what topics the webcast would cover, new gameplay and developer interviews are planned. Game Designer Micha Dudziak discussed Dying Light 2’s multiple stories in the first episode of Dying 2 Know. At the same time, Techland said the sequel would quadruple the number of parkour moves from Dying Light.
Gamers are beginning to glimpse what Dying Light 2 has to offer thanks to nuggets from Techland and the Dying 2 Know series. The area in Dying Light 2 will be four times the size of the previous game, ensuring that gamers will never run out of things to do.

If an open-world game is too big, it might suffer, especially if it lacks quests or has filler side tasks. The environment of Dying Light 2 was built using the CityBuilder architectural engine. The engine can swiftly populate large regions with as many structures as the global setting requires.
Despite the large size of the area, it is expected that players will not see any loading screens when traveling. This is possible owing to World Streaming technology and the capabilities of the C-Engine. It’s worth mentioning that the game was created for PS4 and Xbox One rather than newer systems.
Multiplayer will be included in Dying Light 2 Stay Human, with up to four players online. This was a feature in the original game as well, and it makes a welcome comeback in the sequel. Gamers will be able to see how their decisions influenced their tale in contrast to their friends, and those hosting a match will be able to show off their own unique worlds formed by their choices. Dying Light fans might expect an episode of Dying 2 Know dedicated to the multiplayer mode before the series concludes.
The second episode of Dying 2 Know will air on July 1 at 9 p.m. CEST. Twitch is broadcasting the event. Dying Light 2 Stay Human will be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on December 7.
